Common octave

To be or not to be might be
a question to the man.
He will be damned by taking stand.
He will be damned as fan.
Responsible and nice are we
who stand for something can.
A person cannot be at hand
unless he fits a plan.

When lines of common measure is put together to form a poem of eight lines length, they call it a common octave. This is a specific form when the rhyme scheme is
